What is Life Coaching?
In a nutshell, life coaching is a one-on-one personal coaching modality that helps you identify your barriers and move through them. Utilizing a Life Coach is a great way to have unbiased support in reaching exactly what you want for your life. At times it may not be the matter of a goal or vision, rather just feeling "stuck" in life. When that happens you may not understand why you are not getting ahead. The answer is that we consciously or unconsciously impose barriers on our lives, goals and dreams. A Life Coach represents the catalyst to help you bridge where you are right now to where to want to be.
How will Life Coaching benefit you?
Life Coaching will benefit you as soon as you are ready and willing to make a change in your life. Making a life change means that you will need to recognize and release what hasn't been working for you (the past) and be open minded to new possibilities (the future); ultimately freeing yourself of limited thinking and behavior.
There are many reasons people do not grow in life and reach their goals .. be it low self esteem, excuses, lack of motivation, lack of will power or self limiting thought, habits and behaviors.. the list goes on. Your past actions, thoughts and decisions have created your own personal "now". In order to break the cycle of past creation and reclaim the power to create the future you want, you must change those patterns to attract the "now" that you desire and deserve!

While, at times, we have to look into the past to understand some of your current creations; we will be focused on forward movement toward your goals!

How is my coaching different from others?
In short, I am different due to using several processes merged together to speed up the time it takes to set your life in motion. In scientific studies of the mind, we have come to learn that there are two major parts of the mind: the conscious and unconscious. The conscious mind is the reasoning, analytical part of us all while the unconscious mind is where all memories, thoughts and beliefs reside. As I mentioned on the home page; it is my sincerest desire to assist your growth as a whole person. The process of coaching addresses the conscious mind and hypnosis addresses the unconscious mind - by weeding out your limitations. By blending the two modalities together you get the best of both worlds. I have found that they work wonderful independently but when used mutually... the results are much more profound.
*By no means are you required to have the blended practice. If you desire to only do coaching or only do hypnosis, you are free to make that decision.
How are coaching sessions structured?
Coaching sessions are primarily conducted one-on-one in person, in the office. Coaching by phone is offered for out of area clients or local clients that aren't able to meet with me in person.
I ask that you allow at least 1 hour per session. I highly recommend keeping a journal throughout your coaching process due to the dramatic changes in your life as a result of going through the natural progression of growth. Having a journal serves as a great reference to show you how far you've come.
The most effective coaching plan that I offer is an 8 session (weekly) program. In addition to the 8 one-on-one sessions, you will receive unlimited email contact and free quarterly tune ups for up to one year after your program ends. You will gain access to forums, newsletters, insider articles, e-books and my blog. Short term coaching plans are offered starting at 4 sessions and on. Shorter plans are determined together with the client to make sure that the desired goal is realistic and matched to the correct time frame.
