My friends and family would describe me as  having a deep passion for helping others, a thirst for knowledge and a desire to live as an example of possibility for all of those around me. As a child, I was a voracious reader and loved to write short stories. I also was an acute listener and had a keen ability to see all sides of a situation. Above all I loved being in nature and the feeling of harmony.

In 1994, I attended college at Presbyterian Hospital School of Nursing and in 1997 invested nearly 12 yrs in property management. The theme that was consistent in my life was the desire to help others. Even though I spent many years doing just that I still felt that I was missing something.

After multiple years of soul searching and investing time with a few very wise teachers, I have come to realize that guiding others in realizing their dreams and goals is my real purpose.  In fact, seeing others succeed is my highest achievement. My personal and professional goals are married by the fact that as I grow, I am able to help you grow.  

In 2004, I began to travel throughout the US working with groups dedicated to their personal growth. For years, I had immersed myself in gaining knowledge and learning the art of creating and shaping life. Believing that I possessed the power to change, I had to overcome my own past and challenges. That experience is what I look forward to passing on you to you!

In 2005, armed with earth moving goals, I founded Inner Purpose and began coaching. I then sought other teaching modalities and became a Master Hypnotist (2006), HypnoCoach™, Personal Life Coach, Wellness Coach and was also certified as a Regression Specialist. I am recognized by and a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and the IACT - International Association of Counselors and Therapists. I adhere to the foundation and ethics of coaching as a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). Growth and learning are important to me and  I continue to develop my knowledge base through attending workshops, courses/certifications and annual educational conferences.

In closing, it truly fulfills me to guide people in breaking free of the confines of their own thinking and beliefs. I definitely know what it takes to live the life you choose to live! You know, the life you tell yourself, "if only I could." My wish for you is that you open yourself up to the possibility that you can be happy ... NOW. Let me show you how to take control of your circumstances instead of waiting to be happy, waiting for some time in the future or outside source that may never manifest.
